Shipping policy

Our shipping times for an order vary depending on the product purchased and average between 3-29 days. Hemp bags generally arrive within one week and printed apparel generally arrives within 10 days.

 

 All orders that are successfully placed will be shipped out.

  

Damages and Missing Products
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Don't forget to check the bag pockets for small items. If there is an error with your order please also attach a photo of the bags and the shipping label on the package. You can save the packaging for future returns.
