Refund policy

Pure World has a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at admin@pureworldshop.com. We do not provide pre-paid return shipping labels. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return via email will not be accepted.

You can always contact us for any return questions at admin@pureworldshop.com.

Damages and Missing Products
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Don't forget to check the bag pockets for small items. If there is an error with your order please also attach a photo of the bags and the shipping label on the package. You can save the packaging for future returns.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping Carrier Errors

Pure World cannot reimburse OR re-ship orders that were misdelivered by the post office or stolen from a property.

USPS delivery vehicles use GPS that can automatically update a package as "delivered" prematurely. Please wait another business day, as the package could have been marked as delivered by mistake, and will arrive the following day.
Contact your local USPS post office. Make sure you contact your LOCAL post office, and not the USPS hotline. Your local post office will be able to provide quicker, and better service. Ask who delivered the package, and ask for the details of that day's delivery. USPS is accustomed to these questions, and will generally provide helpful information.
If the package still does not show up, please call USPS to file a claim.
