Nothing is more important during these challenging times than the health and well-being of our ambassadors, suppliers, and customers. All of our suppliers are taking proper measures to prevent spread of this illness. We are also taking measures by sanitizing packages before delivering and wearing masks during deliveries.

 

During this period, our social channels will focus on simple ideas and images that inspire and remind us of the restorative power of the outdoors. If you have outdoor moments that you would like to share with us, we’d love to hear from you.

 

Shipping During Covid-19

 

Here at Pure World, we want you to rest assured that all of our packages are 100% sterilized before they are shipped out and all of our packaging  employees wear CDC Certified N95 Face Masks as well as CDC Certified Latex Gloves.

 

Covid-19 Announcement - The good news is that we are open for business, however, we will be making some changes to how we operate in order to focus on the safety of our employees and of our awesome customers. Due to the increase in demand, our distribution center is facing a delay in processing so our normal 24-72 hour processing times can take up to 7-14  business days (not including holidays or weekends) before a package is shipped out. Once shipped out a tracking number will be emailed if available/requested.

 

All orders that are successfully placed will be shipped out.

 

Update: Due to Covid-19, we have noticed that UPS and USPS are experiencing  delays on scanning and processing some shipments at this time.
